妙高に帰ってまいりました～、藤沼　到です。

今夜石打丸山スキー場へ移動してプロ戦に出場してきます。

ってことで今日は我がＨＥＡＤ　ＳＮＯＷＢＯＡＲＤ　ＪＡＰＡＮチームマネージャーであります宮田プロから届いた素敵にホットなネタを一つ。。。

昨年のアークティックチャレンジでクオーターパイプ2位で鮮烈デビューしたHEADライダー“SHAYNE POSPISIL”が、先週ニューヨークで行われたTTRイベント“RED BULL でShaun White、Travis Rice、Andreas Wiig、Torstein Horgmoらそうそうたるメンバーを抑え、優勝となりました。

アークティック2位、AIR＆STYLEでのファイナル進出、このICE SCRAPERSでの優勝と要注意人物です。

Head Snowboards Team rider Shayne Pospisil had a great week last week!

After competing and being finalist at the Air&Style in Innsbruck and joining the Head Snowboard booth at the ISPO tradeshow in Munich , Shayne flew back to New York City to compete at the Ice Scrapers event.

He took the victory over an impressive list of riders including the top snowboard riders in the World such as Shaun White, Travis Rice, Scotty Lago and Torstein Horgmo.

Winning the final over Torstein Horgmo landing a backside 900 and a massive Method Air, Shayne took over $50.000 and 850 points for the TTR ranking and get placed in the top 20.

The entire crowd pushed Shayne all the way to the victory, and the Jersey borned Head rider stated after the contest : “Having all of my friends and family here is amazing,” he said later. “It’s a dream come true.”
